What forms of payment are accepted online?
Wanderloot.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Are credit card transactions secure?
Yes. All credit card information sent to Wanderloot.com is completely encrypted. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through our secure server.

Do you send a confirmation e-mail?
Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. Wanderloot.com will allow credit and exchanges with receipt and the item in its original intact packaging. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

Wanderloot.com credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.

Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
Yes. There is a 24 hour period from the time that the original order was placed in which you may cancel your order.

What if the item that I ordered is not in stock?
We do our best to keep most items in stock. If an item that you have ordered is not available immediately we will inform you by e-mail and let you know how long the lead time is expected to be for the item. At that point you may choose to proceed or cancel the order. Lead time for items that are not in stock are generally displayed in the item description online.

When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive?
In stock items will generally be shipped within 3 business days. You should receive your order within 10 business days from the date of shipping. Items not in stock will sometimes take longer to ship in which case we will notify you of the expected lead time.

Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Yes, your order can be shipped UPS Next Day, however there is an additional surcharge for this service, as indicated in the shipping section of the Suitcase.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location. We do our best to keeping shipping prices low.

Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, if you provide us with an alternate shipping address in the US.

Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.?
Yes. Please email us at: info@wanderloot.com and we will contact you about shipping costs.

How is my information handled on your site?

Wanderloot.com collects your information for the sole purpose of order tracking and records keeping of orders placed online. This information is limited to customer name, address, email, telephone number, and IP addresses. We will only contact you by phone in the event of a problem with a web order place via Wanderloot.com.
