SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Wanderloot has determined the best, most efficient shipping methods, based on the merchandise you have selected. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship Fedex. We've selected the best professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us at customer service with any questions.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Freight delivery – Furniture and large items will typically arrive within 15 business days from the date of your order. We promise to get the items out quickly but occasionally there are delays on the freight company's end. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery (so please send us your phone number when ordering furniture). The delivery company will deliver to your doorstep only. Please make sure you have resources on hand to move your piece(s) beyond your doorstep. Please be sure to inspect your piece(s) carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork as occasionally damage may occur during shipment (if so - see our Damage Policy).
  • Fedex standard delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship Fedex ground service. Fedex standard delivery will arrive within three to five business days.

RETURN POLICY – ALL MERCHANDISE OTHER THAN FURNITURE

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, it can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive a return request no later than 14 days from the day you placed your order and receive the returned goods no later than 30 days from the original order date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible to arrange for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us if you would like to return an item: customer service.

If we receive the items in good condition, you will either receive: 1) a credit card refund, or 2) store credit. Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit.

All returned items MUST include your designated RMA #. Unidentified return items will be returned to sender.

Please be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

RETURN POLICY - FURNITURE

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For a full refund on furniture, please follow this procedure:

Contact Wanderloot within 14 days of receiving your item. You may contact us at 503-459-4703 or contact customer service so that we can arrange for the item to be picked up. We must be contacted within the 14-day return window or we will be unable to honor the return.

We will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method. An assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pickup.

The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible if you receive a package with visible damage. We will contact you to exchange or replace damaged items. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting the piece.
